$20 Mil Awarded in Internet Libel Case

S.C. Court Grants Judgment to $RMCP Revolutions Medical and Its CEO

CHARLESTON, SC--(Marketwired - July 01, 2013) - Revolutions Medical Corporation (RMCP), a Charleston, S.C.-based medical device and software applications company, and its Chief Executive Officer, Rondald Wheet, have been awarded more than $20 million in a default judgment against Phillip Maurice "Marty" Hicks. A special referee for the South Carolina court awarded the company $3.6 million in compensatory damages and $1.5 million in punitive damages. Wheet was awarded $12,010,000 in compensatory damages and $3 million in punitive damages.

The Charleston County Common Pleas Court found Hicks liable for Internet defamation in September 2011 after he was defaulted as a sanction for disobeying a court order requiring him to participate in discovery in the case. In his decision, the special referee took into account the malicious intent and duration in which Hicks waged his cyber smear campaign against Revolutions Medical and Wheet. He also found that Hicks intentionally interfered with a grant the company was to receive from the Department of Defense in September 2010 to supply its patented RevVac™ safety syringes to its HIV/AIDS Prevention Program.

"This judgment sends a clear message to our shareholders and the market that there are legal and financial consequences when you commit libel," states Wheet, who also serves as the Company's Chairman of the Board. "Looking at the bigger picture, small public companies are vulnerable and can fall prey to these 'short and distort' campaigns waged by individuals, hedge funds and traders. Not only can these campaigns violate securities laws, they can also do severe harm to companies by eroding shareholder value, making it difficult to raise capital, increasing costs and legal expenses, delaying the execution of business plans, stunting job creation, and stymieing the entrepreneurial spirit of small American businesses -- all so they can profit by their actions."

According to Mount Pleasant attorney Stephen Bucher of Bucher Legal LLC, the $20 million awarded in this case should serve as a warning to anyone who thinks they can hide behind an alias to conduct a cyber smear or engage in Internet bullying. "The use of cyber consultants with data mining skills combined with some good old fashioned legal investigation almost ensures that those engaging in these illegal activities can be found," states Bucher who represented the plaintiffs in this case. "The era when someone could use the cloak of anonymity of the Internet to destroy reputations and lives is over. There is no cloak of anonymity. We're coming for you."

Bucher adds, "I admire Wheet for his persistence in this case. He was willing to do what it took legally to take down Hicks."
Wheet notes that he and his company plan to pursue every available legal avenue to collect on this judgment against Hicks.

Who Secretly Controls The Money Supply Of The Entire Globe?

Michael Snyder: An immensely powerful international organization that most people have never even heard of secretly controls the money supply of the entire globe.  It is called the Bank for International Settlements, and it is the central bank of central banks.  It is located in Basel, Switzerland, but it also has branches in Hong Kong and Mexico City.  It is essentially an unelected, unaccountable central bank of the world that has complete immunity from taxation and from national laws.  Even Wikipedia admits that “it is not accountable to any single national government.“  The Bank for International Settlements was used to launder money for the Nazis during World War II, but these days the main purpose of the BIS is to guide and direct the centrally-planned global financial system.  Today, 58 global central banks belong to the BIS, and it has far more power over how the U.S. economy (or any other economy for that matter) will perform over the course of the next year than any politician does.  Every two months, the central bankers of the world gather in Basel for another “Global Economy Meeting”.  During those meetings, decisions are made which affect every man, woman and child on the planet, and yet none of us have any say in what goes on.  The Bank for International Settlements is an organization that was founded by the global elite and it operates for the benefit of the global elite, and it is intended to be one of the key cornerstones of the emerging one world economic system.  It is imperative that we get people educated about what this organization is and where it plans to take the global economy.

Sadly, only a very small percentage of people actually know what the Bank for International Settlements is, and even fewer people are aware of the Global Economy Meetings that take place in Basel on a bi-monthly basis.
These Global Economy Meetings were discussed in a recent article in the Wall Street Journal…

Every two months, more than a dozen bankers meet here on Sunday evenings to talk and dine on the 18th floor of a cylindrical building looking out on the Rhine.
The dinner discussions on money and economics are more than academic. At the table are the chiefs of the world’s biggest central banks, representing countries that annually produce more than $51 trillion of gross domestic product, three-quarters of the world’s economic output.
The article goes on to describe the room that these Global Economy Meetings are held in.  It sounds like something out of a novel…
The Bank of England’s Mr. King leads the dinner discussions in a room decorated by the Swiss architectural firm Herzog & de Meuron, which designed the “Bird’s Nest” stadium for the Beijing Olympics. The men have designated seats at a round table in a dining area scented by white orchids and framed by white walls, a black ceiling and panoramic views.
The central bankers that gather for these meetings are not there just to socialize.  No staff members are allowed into these meetings, and they are conducted in an atmosphere of absolute secrecy…
Serious matters follow appetizers, wine and small talk, according to people familiar with the dinners. Mr. King typically asks his colleagues to talk about the outlook in their respective countries. Others ask follow-up questions. The gatherings yield no transcripts or minutes. No staff is allowed.
So the fate of the world economy is determined by unelected central bankers in secret meetings that nobody ever hears about?
That certainly does not sound very “democratic”.
But this is the direction that “global governance” is taking us.  The elite believe that the “big decisions” are far too important to be left “to the people”, and so most of the “international institutions” that have been established by the elite operate independently of the democratic process.
Sadly, the truth is that all of this has been planned for a very long time.
In a recent article entitled “Who Runs The World? Solid Proof That A Core Group Of Wealthy Elitists Is Pulling The Strings“, I included a quote from Georgetown University history professor Carroll Quigley from a book that he wrote all the way back in 1966 in which he discussed the big plans that the elite had for the Bank for International Settlements…

[T]he powers of financial capitalism had another far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent private meetings and conferences. The apex of the system was to be the Bank for International Settlements in Basle, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled by the world’s central banks which were themselves private corporations.
Back then, the Bank for International Settlements was only just starting to play a major role in global affairs.  But over the years the BIS began to become increasingly important.  The following is an excerpt from an article by Ellen Brown…
For many years the BIS kept a very low profile, operating behind the scenes in an abandoned hotel.  It was here that decisions were reached to devalue or defend currencies, fix the price of gold, regulate offshore banking, and raise or lower short-term interest rates.  In 1977, however, the BIS gave up its anonymity in exchange for more efficient headquarters.  The new building has been described as “an eighteen story-high circular skyscraper that rises above the medieval city like some misplaced nuclear reactor.”  It quickly became known as the “Tower of Basel.”  Today the BIS has governmental immunity, pays no taxes, and has its own private police force.  It is, as Mayer Rothschild envisioned, above the law.
Yes, it most definitely does bear a striking resemblance to the Tower of Babel as you can see from the photo in this article.  Once again the global elite are trying to unite humanity under a single system, and that is most definitely not a good thing.
But many of these elitists are entirely convinced that “global governance” is what humanity desperately needs.  They even publicly tell us what they plan to do, but most people are not listening.
For example, the following is an excerpt from a speech that former president of the European Central Bank Jean-Claude Trichet delivered to the Council On Foreign Relations in New York…
In the area of central bank cooperation, the main forum is the Global Economy Meeting (GEM), which gathers at the BIS headquarters in Basel. Over the past few years, this forum has included 31 governors as permanent members plus a number of other governors attending on a rotating basis. The GEM, in which all systemic emerging economies’ Central Bank governors are fully participating, has become the prime group for global governance among central banks.
The speech was entitled “Global Governance Today”, and you can find the full transcript right here.  But most people have never even heard that such a thing as a “Global Economy Meeting” even exists because the mainstream media rarely discusses these sorts of things.  They are too busy focusing on the latest celebrity scandal or the latest cat fights between the Republicans and the Democrats.
If you go to the official BIS website, the purposes of the organization sound fairly innocent and quite boring…
The mission of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) is to serve central banks in their pursuit of monetary and financial stability, to foster international cooperation in those areas and to act as a bank for central banks.
In broad outline, the BIS pursues its mission by:
  • promoting discussion and facilitating collaboration among central banks;
  • supporting dialogue with other authorities that are responsible for promoting financial stability;
  • conducting research on policy issues confronting central banks and financial supervisory authorities;
  • acting as a prime counterparty for central banks in their financial transactions; and
  • serving as an agent or trustee in connection with international financial operations.
The head office is in Basel, Switzerland and there are two representative offices: in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China and in Mexico City.
But when you start looking into the details, things get much more interesting.
So exactly how does the BIS achieve “monetary and financial stability”?  An article posted on investorsinsight.com described how this is accomplished…
It accomplishes this through control of currencies. It currently holds 7% of the world’s available foreign exchange funds, whose unit of account was switched in March of 2003 from the Swiss gold franc to Special Drawing Rights (SDR), an artificial fiat “money” with a value based on a basket of currencies (44% U.S. dollar, 34% euro, 11% Japanese yen, 11% pound sterling).
The bank also controls a huge amount of gold, which it both stores and lends out, giving it great leverage over the metal’s price and the marketplace power that brings, since gold is still the only universal currency. BIS gold reserves were listed on its 2005 annual report (the most recent) as 712 tons. How that breaks down into member banks’ deposits and the BIS personal stash is unknown.
By controlling foreign exchange currency, plus gold, the BIS can go a long way toward determining the economic conditions in any given country. Remember that the next time Ben Bernanke or European Central Bank President Jean-Claude Trichet announces an interest rate hike. You can bet it didn’t happen without the concurrence of the BIS Board.
In recent years, it has become increasingly obvious who really has power over our economy.
When Barack Obama speaks, the markets usually move very little.
When Ben Bernanke speaks, the markets often respond with wild gyrations.
A recent CNBC article entitled “Central Banks: How They Are Ruling the Financial World” detailed the enormous impact that central banks had on the global financial system during 2012…
In all, 13 other central banks in the world have followed the Fed’s lead and set interest rates at or near zero in an effort to keep the liquidity spigots open and prop up their ailing economies. Those 14 economies represent a staggering $65 trillion in combined equity and bond market capitalizations, according to Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Later on in that same article, the author discussed the enormous amounts of money that global central banks were creating out of thin air…
“When you add up all the central banks in the world, it’s going to be over $9 trillion,” said Marc Doss, regional chief investment officer for Wells Fargo Private Bank. “That’s like creating the second-largest economy in the world out of thin air.”
Indeed, central banking has become an economy unto itself, a multi-trillion-dollar empire that massages and manipulates markets, which respond to the slightest news out of the respective entities’ policy making committees.
So who controls the money?
The central banks of the world do.
And who controls those central banks?
The Bank for International Settlements does.
If we don’t like what the Bank for International Settlements is doing, can we do anything about it?
Nope.  The Bank for International Settlements is above the law…
Maybe we’d feel better about the BIS if it were more transparent, but most everything about it, including its bi-monthly member and board meetings, is shrouded in secrecy. And perhaps more worrisome is that the BIS is free from oversight. By rights granted under its agreement with the Swiss Federal Council, all of the bank’s archives, documents and “any data media” are “inviolable at all times and in all places.” Furthermore, officers and employees of BIS “enjoy immunity from criminal and administrative jurisdiction, save to the extent that such immunity is formally waived . . . even after such persons have ceased to be Officials of the Bank.” Finally, no claims against BIS or its deposits may be enforced “without the prior agreement of the Bank.”
In other words they can do whatever they want, without consequences. How’s that for a leak-proof legal umbrella?
If the BIS wants to “intervene” in the financial markets, they simply just do it.
If the BIS wants to bail out big banks or even entire nations, they simply just do it.

The BIS reminds me of this old joke…
Q: Where does an 800 pound gorilla sit?
A: Anywhere it wants to.

So what is next for the Bank for International Settlements?

Well, many have speculated that eventually the goal is to have just a single global currency which will be administered by a single global central bank.  The BIS is already using Special Drawing Rights (SDRs), which are considered to be a precursor to the coming global currency.  The BIS played a big role in the adoption of the euro, and more currency integration is almost certainly on the way in future years…
But in the end, how you feel about the BIS may come down to how you feel about a one-world currency. The bank was a major player promoting the adoption of the euro as Europe’s common currency. There are rumors that its next project is persuading the U.S., Canada and Mexico to switch to a similar regional money, perhaps to be called the “amero,” and it’s logical to assume the bank’s ultimate goal is a single world currency. That would simplify transactions and really solidify the bank’s control of the planetary economy.
But if the United States ever did give up the U.S. dollar, it would be a massive blow to our national sovereignty. When someone else controls your money, it doesn’t really matter that much who makes the laws. Unfortunately, the global elite seem absolutely obsessed with the idea of a global currency, a one world economic system and a global government.
None of those things will happen this year, but that is where we are moving.  With each new crisis that arises, the solutions that we will be given will always involve more centralization and more globalization.

So what do you think about all of this?

Methods of Operation of the Pro Basher

Mr.John Doe or Mr.Anonymous, do you really think you are fooling everyone with your hypocrisy? You write suggestive messaging to have a subliminal effect on your readers. Don't you know Mr. JD or Mr. A through education the reader understands you are just doing your jobs? The intelligent and educated poster understands you are professionals. If they don’t they will after reading this article. You will be known in this article as the "Suggester" not as the " Basher " .

This is a masking medium used in suggestiveness posting working on the subconscious minds of the readers.

Questions

I had a good friend recently email asking me a few questions in regards to "bashers". Here are a few of his questions. I don’t think he is the only one that asks these questions. I hope what I have written might help answering his questions and educate others.
  1. "Why to bashers posting on a board all day>Being negative>bad investment this and that> blah blah...WHY do they spend all day talking about something they hate?"
  2. "Are they bored?"
  3. "Are they just mad at something?"
  4. "Are they paid?"

Types of Bashers/Suggesters

Basher/Suggesters are their own select breeds, most claim to be individuals with merit. Readers read they are here to help or they only want facts known so others don’t lose their money. They want the reader to think they have all the facts wanting to be the savior for everyone. Readers tend to follow the strong writer on a post board. Not many professional bashers/suggesters are weak individuals. Dominance with factual content is a key to the successful basher/suggester. Also basher/suggesters are accused of various relationships with the company or the stock. Below are ten examples why someone might be posting as the basher/suggester on a public post board. Not all fall in the category of the "Professional Basher" but they do have a motive to see a company’s stock price fluctuate.
  1. They are employees that are not currently happy with the company.
  2. They are x-employees that have quit or maybe fired
  3. They are previous employees or employees of a company that is in some form of reorganization
  4. They are competitors in some form
  5. They have lost money in regards to the investment in company stock
  6. They have friends that have lost money investing in the company stock
  7. They are short sellers on this particular stock
  8. They are related to some type of Market Making firm
  9. They are paid by some unknown firm or individual to ruin the image of the company for various reasons
  10. They are swing trading the moves of the stock-pumping up and bashing down
  11. They are self proclaimed scam busters

The Methods

1. Compiling Data
The suggester begins by compiling a list of data prior to beginning their suggestive bashing efforts. The suggester begins the informational gathering process by searching the company’s 10K and 10QSB’ reports. This is easy for them do to through sites like Free Edgar. Within the 10K & 10QSB companies’ list all financial data pertaining to past and current situations that have affected or will effect the company’s ability to operate in the future such as current pending lawsuit s. The professional suggester makes sure they have enough information to answer all questions therefore they are able to create debate style rebuttals.
Here is a normal disclaimer an abnormal disclaimer and a legal disclaimer copied out of a two different 10QSB that profession suggesters use all the time.
  1. GENERAL The statements contained in this Form 10-QSB, if not historical, are forward-looking statements within the meaning of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995, and involve risks and uncertainties that could cause actual results to differ materially from the results, financial or otherwise, or other expectations described in such forward-looking statements. Any forward-looking statement or statements speak only as of the date on which such statements were made, and the Company undertakes no obligation to update any forward-looking statement to reflect events or circumstances after the date on which such statements are made or reflect the occurrence of unanticipated events. Therefore, forward-looking statements should not be relied upon as prediction of actual future results.
  2. This Annual Report on Form 10-KSB includes forward looking statements within the meaning of Section 27A of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and Section 21E of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended ("Forward Looking Statements"). All statements other than statements of historical fact included in this report are Forward Looking Statements. In the normal course of its business, the Company, in an effort to help keep its shareholders and the public informed about the Company's operations, may from time-to-time issue certain statements, either in writing or orally, that contain or may contain Forward-Looking Statements. Although the Company believes that the expectations reflected in such Forward Looking Statements are reasonable, it can give no assurance that such expectations will prove to have been correct. Generally, these statements relate to business plans or strategies, projected or anticipated benefits or other consequences of such plans or strategies, past and possible future, of acquisitions and projected or anticipated benefits from acquisitions made by or to be made by the Company, or projections involving anticipated revenues, earnings, levels of capital expenditures or other aspects of operating results. All phases of the Company operations are subject to a number of uncertainties, risks and other influences, many of which are outside the control of the Company and any one of which, or a combination of which, could materially affect the results of the Company's proposed operations and whether Forward Looking Statements made by the Company ultimately prove to be accurate. Such important factors ("Important Factors") and other factors could cause actual results to differ materially from the Company's expectations are disclosed in this report. All prior and subsequent written and oral Forward Looking Statements attributable to the Company or persons acting on its behalf are expressly qualified in their entirety by the Important Factors described below that could cause actual results to differ materially

The Company is involved in various claims and legal actions arising in the ordinary course of business. In the opinion of management, the ultimate disposition of these matters will not have a material adverse effect on the financial statements of the Company.

2. Suggestive Posting

Once all data is complied suggestive posting begins. Now that the suggester is armed for battle with all the data he can possible find they begin posting using approximately 25% fact and 75% suggestive posting. In this suggestive method of posting there are messages that subliminally effect the mind of the reader by planting doubt. The normal method of suggestive posting is to refer back to SEC registrations such as quarterly statements, earnings and lawsuits while cutting and pasting the parts the reader will find troublesome. The facts they pull from SEC records will lend credibility to their suggestions. However, they never set out a thesis. A common tactic is to highlight in bold a section and attempt to hold that you the reader must explain the highlighted section. Follow this example: Mary had a little lamb. So where’s the lamb now? They never write about the forward progress of a company this might interfere with their mission. The suggester keys in on the weakest unskilled posters that are not capable of combating their data facts. The facts a suggester uses are coordinated facts that will even bring the most intelligent posters down to his level.

3. Religious Posting

Recently a new suggester has entered the arena suggesting they are posting in the name of God to save investors from loss. This is the more pathetic suggester that uses God, holiness and sin to create doubt in investor confidence while trying to add credence to their distasteful persona.  Here are a few examples taken of a Raging Bull message board posted by Mary Cummings, "...You are a sinner", "Your souls are doomed for lying, cheating and stealing.", ".it's a sin",  " By: mistress__mmmary. Mary, mother of god . "  In this post the suggester Mary uses another alias, mrs_mmmary, referring herself to Mother Theresa  while she complains to the Raging Bull TOS department about losing aliases she continued to make after her suspension, "They seem to count the number of tos reports and not look at the content."Mother Theresa getting kicked by 50 slimey stock promoters and she makes one complaint? 50 slimey stock promoters making 50 complaints about a saint in their presence? Kick the saint out=less work."
Things are changing when the suggester starts to refer to themselves as a saint or a Godly individual such as Mother Theresa.

4. Multiple Alias Posting

The suggester will develop multiple aliases, possible using more then one ISP or computers to try to hide his location. They have been known to go to Libraries or Internet Coffee Shops to use computers while running their bashing onslaught on a particular company. They don’t start out with a full frontal assault on the company or it’s shareholders. This full attack is counter-productive and hurts the image the suggester needs for their credibility. Therefore they methodically work their assault into high gear. Through the multiple alias usage the suggester will stimulate discussion to build supportive rapport with the reader. During this discussion with others the suggester will joke and play on a post board with others trying to win their following. All this slowly builds the credibility of the aliases. Once the suggesters have built the rapport with the posters of a board they start their premeditated onslaught of planting doubt with suggestive posting. This normally takes place by four or five aliases dominating a board wearing down the longs. They will also use multiple aliases posting to each other building each alias up trying to show the reader they are knowledgeable about the subject suppo rting each other’s views. At this point many longs that are easily influenced fall right into the trap set by the basher.

5. Planting Doubt

One thing that is very important is suggesters are not there to create a fast plunge in the stock price. By planting subliminal suggestive doubt about the ability of the company to make a profit day after day the share price declines gradually. The suggester does not want a fast plunge in share price because this might focus outright intent to damage the company and could be used in a potential future lawsuit by the company. Many companies are currently filing lawsuits and the main reason is share price decline that they blame on basher/suggesters posts on message boards. Suggesting a reverse spilt in high authorized and outstanding share count companies is also a method the suggester uses to plant doubt. Many investors have witnessed companies do reverse splits when issued shares reach the authorized allowance. Many of the small companies need capitalization and issue shares for working capital or to pay down debt. The suggester will always play on the reverse split issue. This is a given for the professional basher.
The reader will also witness the use of all caps in wording. This is especially true when reading post headings. The heading of a message is the first to catch the eye of the reader. The reader does not even have to enter the post to read the entire suggestive message. The heading has already subliminally had an effect on the reader. A few examples of this method of posting are headings such as: "SELL NOW BEFORE IT IS TO LATE!", "THE CEO IS A FRAUD!", ""THIS DOG IS DEAD!", "HEADED FOR THE PINKS!", "ABOUT TO GET DELISTED!", "SELL! SELL ! SELL!", "INSIDERS ARE SELLING!", "WHO IS DOING ALL THE SELLING?!", "SOMEONE IS SELLING, WHO?". THIS STOCK WILL TANK TOMORROW!", SELL THIS DOG NOW!"
These are just a few headings you might have read while visiting your favorite stocks post board.

6. Long PR Suggestions

The suggester discourages the longs about taking the companies word on any forward projection. If the company’s forward projection history and PR's are not completed the suggester brings this subject up constantly pointing towards the inability of the company to follow through with completion of announcements contained in PRs. Then they encourage the long to call the company and question the validity of PR projection and why they are never completed. Many of these PRs contain acquisitions intents or other forward projections. The suggester also encourages the long to ask about other issues such as reverse splits. If the company is questionable the suggester will post company phone numbers until longs are habitually bombarding the company with calls about PRs and why there is no follow through on other announcements. T he basher knows many longs will not call a company and will just sell after others report in post what they are told or wh at they were not told.
7. Use Hypesters for Fuel
All post boards have the hypester present just like all boards have the suggester present. The suggester looks for the hypesters on a board. They zero in and target these types of posters. They understand the enthusiasm of the hypester and when confronted they know the hypester will return posting. This allows the suggester to keep the flow of posts moving and use the hypester to their advantage. These debate style posts play right into the suggester’s needs to create a debate atmosphere on a board. This allows the suggester to post some of his factual data while he proves the hypster is mostly all hype. Remember most suggesters are very professional and you should not consider them ordinary posters. Very seldom do you read a professional suggester calling a hypester or a poster names or using profanity in their posts. But the hypester loses credibility because 100% of the time he attacks the suggester with name-calling. This name-calling by the hypester adds to the credibility of the suggester.

8. Knows When Identified

The suggesters know when a board has them identified and they need to back off. They will put up a brief fight then back off very quickly. The suggester does not leave for long. After a short hiatus, maybe an hour they are right back to posting. The poster that makes them back off the quickest is a poster that does not argue or try to do battle with the suggester. This poster will confront the suggester with logic and facts. This type of poster is easy for the suggester to identify. Under normal circumstances the basher does not even attempt to answer this type of poster. The suggester realizes this poster would only damage what he just took hours, days or weeks to accomplish while building rapport with reader.

9. Share Price

When a stock price is moving up the suggester takes his time suggesting and covering all the bad points of the company. The suggester understands the share price will hesitate as it moves up. The suggester is a professional and well versed with the understandings of market momentum and meanings such as overbought and oversold. At each hesitation point the suggester will pick up posting until the share price is considered to high to buy by longs or an overbought condition is apparent. Once the suggester thinks a turn in price to the downside starts, posting picks up again. It is common for a basher to bash a stock heavier as they move down. Every time the suggester is able to plant a little more doubt someone sells and perpetuates the selling pushing the stock price lower. Once the suggester has that down trend established he knows he has won. At every level the stock price hesitates while moving down the bashers posting frequency picks up. Also at this time the long only becomes frightened because of there loses are increasing each step of the move down. Once the oversold condition is apparent the suggester will back off and allow the longs to move a price up again. This is very true for suggesters that are playing the rolls in a stock, trading in and out of their positions. When considering share price we need to remember I wrote ten types of basher/suggesters. Not all of them want to see a company close its doors.
To summarize the above we read ten reasons why a basher/suggester would spend day after day posting on an Internet post board. The reasons consist of a very wide range from hatred towards the company to trading the company’s stock in the open market. No matter which of the ten categories the poster falls in he is still grouped into the category of the "Basher". The use of the above sub topics, Compiling Data, Suggestive Posting , Religious Posting , Multiple Alias Posting, Planting Doubt, Long Shareholder Suggestions, Use Hypesters for Fuel, Knows When Identified and Share Price listed under heading Methods gives the methods the professional will use to fulfill their objective. Once they have entered into this elite profession they have graduated from basher entering the elite classification known as the "Professional Basher".

SEC Charges Boiler Room Operators in Penny Stock Manipulation Scheme

01/26/2012 04:24 PM EST

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 2012-18

Washington, D.C., Jan. 26, 2012 – The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged a Fort Lauderdale-based firm and its founder with conducting a fraudulent boiler room scheme in which they hyped stock in two thinly-traded penny stock companies while behind the scenes they sold the same stock themselves for illegal profits.

The SEC alleges that First Resource Group LLC and its principal David H. Stern employed telemarketers who fraudulently solicited brokers to purchase stock in TrinityCare Senior Living Inc. and Cytta Corporation. While recommending the securities in these two microcap companies, Stern sold First Resource’s shares of TrinityCare and Cytta stock unbeknownst to investors who were purchasing them – a practice known as scalping. As Stern was selling the stocks, he also purchased small amounts in order to create the false appearance of legitimate trading activity and induce investors to purchase shares in both companies.

“First Resource and Stern used a telephone sales boiler room to make inflated claims and defraud investors while simultaneously manipulating the price of the stocks and making profits for themselves,” said Eric I. Bustillo, Director of the SEC’s Miami Regional Office. “The SEC will continue to aggressively pursue perpetrators of microcap stock fraud schemes that hound potential investors to buy stock.”

Since the beginning of fiscal year 2011, the SEC has filed more than 50 enforcement actions for misconduct related to microcap stocks, and issued 63 orders suspending the trading of suspicious microcap issuers. Microcap stocks are issued by the smallest of companies and tend to be low priced and trade in low volumes. Many microcap companies do not file financial reports with the SEC, so investing in microcap stocks entails many risks. The SEC has published a microcap stock guide for investors and an Investor Alert about avoiding microcap fraud perpetrated through social media.

According to the SEC’s complaint filed against Stern and First Resource in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, they violated federal securities laws by acting as unregistered broker-dealers. Stern hired and trained First Resource’s salespeople and gave them information about TrinityCare to prepare sales scripts and pitch the stock to potential investors. Stern reviewed the draft scripts, made edits, and approved the scripts before the salespeople were allowed to use them.

The SEC alleges that Stern gave the salespeople a list of potential investors to cold call and pitch the stocks. First Resource’s salespeople falsely claimed TrinityCare stock “is going to be $5-7 in 6-12 months” and the company “is going to be a half-a-billion dollar company in five years or roughly a $40 stock.” Stern also disseminated a research report on Cytta to investors and falsely touted: “Sales projections for 2010-2014 should exceed $500 million with a pre-tax net of over $400 million.”

The SEC’s complaint alleges that First Resource Group and Stern violated Section 17(a) of the Securities Act of 1933, and Sections 10(b) and 15(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5. The SEC is seeking permanent injunctions, disgorgement plus prejudgment interest, and financial penalties as well as a penny stock bar against Stern.

The SEC’s investigation was conducted by Jorge L. Riera under the supervision of Elisha L. Frank in the SEC’s Miami Regional Office in coordination with an examination of First Resource conducted by Anson Kwong, Michael J. Nakis, George Franceschini, and Nicholas A. Monaco of the SEC’s Miami office. Edward D. McCutcheon will lead the SEC’s litigation efforts.

The SEC’s investigation is continuing.

Stock Pumpers Guide to the Galaxy

Stock Pumpers Guide to the Galaxy

Get out there and .................

Our Constitution guarantees us free speech and we have always valued the lessons gleaned from dissent. When does dissent cross over that imaginary line and become "Pumping"? To often we find well grounded dissent capriciously labeled as "Pumping" by over zealous investors bent on protecting a stocks reputation at any cost. The "Pumping" that is addressed on this site is quite different from dissent. The Anatomy of a Pumper strives to look at the calculated increase of confidence in holding a given stock. Euphoria by means that are, in every sense, void of truth, hinged on deception and innuendo, and motivated by greed at the expense of others. This compendium is offered to aid in identifying the telltale signs of "Pumping", and hopefully provide a counter balance to this heretofore unchecked manipulation of investor's fears for personal gain.

IS IT EASIER TO SCARE PEOPLE INTO HOLDING THAN IT IS TO SCARE PEOPLE INTO SELLING A STOCK? I have asked some knowledgeable investors this question and the answer is always: "YES, OF COURSE YES!"

WHO PUMPERS PREY UPON

Consider the elderly that are investing for retirement, they find their way to the message boards for validation only to see true posts about "SEC Violations" and "Class action suits"... or the head of a "typical growing family", with children to put through college, who is monitoring a message board only to read posts by a "pack of 15 to 20 Pumpers" (probably 5 or 6 under various alias's) posting continuous disinformation... what do you think these new investors will do? It's safer to not buy or even sell the stock, put the money back in the bank than to deal with all this whirl wind of "unsupported" positive chaff.

The Internet has lured a whole new class of investor into the market. A new investor is just that - New! This new investor, while learning the basics, is particularly vulnerable to the tactics of professional Pumpers. New investors tend to lurk in the background of message boards, content to form independent opinions based on what they read with their own eyes. Very often, honest, intelligent and cautious people can easily be overcome by a well orchestrated propaganda effort.

You must always remember that there is a lot of money to be made in just the motion of a stock UP or DOWN it doesn't matter! And Pumpers have money at risk just as you do. But they have the edge of fear, lies, and falsehoods to post while preying on the un-initiated. The average investor does not have the edge of organized deception.

Recent revelations have indicated that even Market Makers (those charged with keeping the playing field level) have been involved in stock manipulation by Pumping on a stock message board. HAVE NO DOUBT THAT THIS IS A REAL THREAT!

Lesson 1: Remember, check the boards for stocks with real potential. They don't need any Pumpers. Pumpers only go after stocks that are moving down or have excellent potential to do so. Pumpers work to drive the price up to either exit their position at the expense of others or help a long make their bones.

Lesson 2: Pumpers ALWAYS BRING UP NEWS THAT YOU HAVE HEARD MANY TIMES. New startup companies always have a few bits of good news. The Pumper will post this over and over again. Unsophisticated Pumpers will try to freshen up old news with a new date or by-line in an attempt to fool you.

Lesson 3: PUMPERS POST MANY TIMES A DAY. They try to wear you out. They comment on everything, every other post, and can answer every question. THEY KNOW IT ALL! There is no negative comment they won't Pump. They try to control the board. True longs may have to confront the Pumpers or they will appear to the newbies as being the people with all the information. This is best accomplished by posting negative, well researched data on the company, repetitively, while trying hard not to engage the Pumpers in direct repartee. REMEMBER, RESIST USING THE PUMPERS ALIAS!

Lesson 4: PUMPERS WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE. Never trust a Pumper. The truth on startup companies is that they make mistakes. What new company hasn't? The Pumper will compare your issue to another companies, financials - deals - management, etc., trying to lure you into making an Apples to Oranges comparison. Remember each company is unique and while it is prudent to seek out established indicators, do so with care and don't take someone else's word for it. Strive to come up with at least a "six-pack" of indicators so your vision of the state of a company is not tied to a single barometer. Not doing so is tantamount to going to a Race Track and betting on the "Pretty Brown Horsey".

PUMPERS WANT TO WHISPER IN YOUR EAR - PLANT A SEED OF DOUBT, AND HOPE THAT YOU ARE NOT SAVVY ENOUGH TO RESEARCH THE TRUTH ON YOUR OWN. This is how they achieve their greatest success.

GREED + FALSE HOPE + LAZINESS = BUY MORE!

This is your money ... you worked for it, protect it and don't panic buy on the words of very shadowy figure that "has your best interest in their heart". Consider that one factor: Someone you have never met, is not a member of your family, is now, out of the goodness of their hearts - GIVING YOU FREE ADVICE (that you didn't ask for). It's a no brainer. They have motives $$$$$$$$$$$$.

Lesson 5: Pumpers know YOU CAN'T VERIFY THEIR STATEMENTS. That's why they make the vague statements they do. They rely on you being to lazy to research their droppings other than to scan the board for others opinions. This is particularly dangerous when you consider that Pumpers work in packs and often validate and back up each others nonsense with what appears to be "innocuous and unsolicited" verification by comrade Posters. Let's face it, we are all conditioned to "believe" everything we see in writing. If others by virtue of their "posts" also confirm this belief, then we are subconsciously doomed to swallow the hook, line and sinker... Pumper - 1 Honest Investor - 0

Lesson 6: The Pumpers PLAY ON YOUR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. They can lie about information and you won't know the difference (unless you have done your own DD on the company and know the truth and facts).

Lesson 7: Pumpers play on your lack of patience. You have held a stock for a while. You knew it will be a big stock someday, but the PUMPERS CAN GET TO YOU BECAUSE YOU ARE TIRED OF WAITING FOR YOUR GAIN. That's when the Pumper is best. You are tired. You have forgotten the goal for the stock was to hold it for one year. The Pumper is bothersome, so you dump it on a good day. Some others also dump. Then you get mad for your gain and return to let everyone know how mad you are. Then you turn into a semi-Pumperr as well. THE Pumper HAS WON, AND GAINED A NEW ALLY - YOU!

Lesson 8: DRIVE THE PRICE UP. That is the Pumpers job. The truth is not important. Lies are the norm. Post continuously on the board every day. They are trying to scare the newbies that are just investigating a stock. They are trying to wear down the faithful on the board and gain free reign and control.

A PUMPERS HANDBOOK:

Do not underestimate a Pumper influence on a stock. The Pro's are good at what they do and what they do is profit from your losses. Below is their "hand-book". Learn from it or you will be donating your hard earned money to them!

Rules for Successful Pumping:

1. Be anonymous
2. Use 10% fact. 90% suggestion. The facts will lend credibility to your suggestions.
3. Let others help you learn about the stock. Build rapport and a
support base before initiating your Pumping routine.
4. Enter with humor and reply to all who reply with support to you.
5. Use multiple ISP's, handles and aliases on multiple boards.
6. Use two (2) or more aliases to simulate a discussion. Use multiple boards.
7. Do not start with an all out slam of the stock. Build softly.
8. Identify your foes (Detractors) and the boards "guru" Use them to
your advantage. Lead them do not follow their lead.
9. Only Pump until the tide/momentum turns. Let doubt carry it the
rest of the way.
10. Give the appearance of being open minded.
11. Be bold in your statements. People follow strength.
12. Write headlines in caps with catchy statements.
13. Pour it on as your position gains momentum. Not your personality.
14. Don't worry about being labeled a "Pumper". Newbies won't
know your history.
15. When identified put up a brief fight, then back off. Return in an hour unless your foe is strong in reasoning powers.
16. Your goal is to limit the momentum of the drop. Not to let it tank the
company or create a plunge in the stock; be subtle and consistent.
17. Increase the dreams of profits in the company and the stock.
18. Use questions to create critical thinking. Statements to reinforce facts.
19. DO NOT LIE, NAME CALL or USE PROFANITY.
20. Encourage people to call the company. 99% won't. They'll take your word for claims made. If they do call you can always find something that is inaccurate in how they report their findings.
21. Encourage people from believing Press Releases. Discourage them to call the company. They won't out of laziness.
22. If the companies history/PR's are positive constantly point to that. Compile a list of this data prior to beginning your efforts.
23. If the price rises credit it on the hype or the PR, temporary
mass reaction, the market, etc.
24. If other posters share your concerns, play on that and share theirs too.
25. Always cite low volume, even when it's not.
26. Three or four aliases can dominate a board and wear down the longs.
27. Bait the Shorts into personal debates putting their focus/efforts on you and not the stock or facts. Divert their attention from facts.
28. Promote other stocks that would-be investors can turn to instead of the one your Pumping.
30. Do not fall for challenges on the "values" of what you are doing, it's a game and you are playing it with your own rules.

Grade 'A' Pumper:

If you post lots of old news, respond to all negative posts with a positive side. Never respond to being called a Pumper, never post on another board with same alias. Can spend up to 80 hours a week Pumping a stock.

Grade 'B' Pumper:

Very good way with words, always claims to be your "friend" taking the positive poster into confidence, never posts on another board, spends about 60 hours a week.

Grade 'C' Pumper:

Spends less time than the others but is somewhat effective and gets a C grade due to getting excited when Pumpers rules say not to get excited, spends about 40 hours a week.

Grade 'D' Pumper:

Needs to learn the basics about being convincing when making a positive statement. Spends a good amount of time working the stock, maybe 20 hours a week.

Grade 'F' Pumper:

A complete idiot, most readers are not convinced he knows anything about stocks in general. The type that says a stock "will rocket", but gives no rationale, shows up every so often but no regular schedule.

LEARN ABOUT HOW PUMPERS WORK: For instance: did you know that some Pumpers are paid?

Golden Rule:

IGNORE THEM ...learn how professional Pumpers are paid: When you REPLY to Pumpers you give them an opportunity to earn appox. 5-7 dollars. The service agreement they enter into with their employer states their messages will be monitored for content, profanity, lies, etc. but Overseers and the like don't have the time to check all their Pumpers messages. Only occasional spot checks are done. Those who manage the Pumper will generally read the headlines to see if a Pumper is replying to other posters by name. That tells them the Pumper isn't just "posting blindly" or repeating the same message over and over since they won't pay for those.(True to form a Pumper will put the bite on anyone, even their unscrupulous employer). A Pumper will attempt to milk three to five replies per post at one to two dollars each. This way the Pumper spreads negative influence to as many stockholders as possible. A Pumper will create this discussion thread because it takes less time reading more messages than is necessary. This ultimately allows the Pumper more time to post and make money. In general, NEVER ENGAGE A PUMPER. Make them read all the posts and think up ways to enter the discussion. NEVER ENGAGE A PUMPER; if you do so then YOU BECOME THE PUMPERS AID! If you feel compelled to challenge a Pumper do so without mentioning his/her true alias in your response. This will make it hard for the Pumper to use your post as a revenue stream. Read the news, do your own homework and make your own decisions. Get real time quotes and follow the stock for a couple of weeks. Due Diligence is key here. Know that there will be a time when the stock runs up which will be followed followed by the Pumpers and those that missed the boat. The Pumper will boost the stock by saying such things as "it's an easy double or triple” and "other posters are lying" and deceiving.

There goal is to sucker in newbies and potential new investors by "shaking" you into more shares. Take the time to confirm your DD ,trust your own judgement and believe in yourself, pick your point of return or loss and live with it. Don't listen to hype or Pumpers trust your own judgement. Live by the rules you have created .

HOW TO IDENTIFY A PUMPER

1. Check the "Born on Date" Pumpers create identities on a regular basis. Rarely do you find a Pumper with newer "Created On" date. So click on the Identity icon for more details.
2. Take the time to look at the Pumpers history of Posts. Go to other boards and see if their is a pattern to the theme of the posts. Pumpers rarely waste time trying to blend in with "negative" posts, unless they are cultivating a new uninformed assistant.
3. When did the Pumper show up. Pumpers rarely show up when activity is in at a Lull. They show up when activity is up/down.
4. Pumpers never answer direct questions except with another question.
5. Pumpers do their best work in teams (sometimes themselves as a team). So be suspicious of someone showing up and automatically having a Shadow to converse with who supports their argument.
6. Pumpers always select "an argument" that can never be resolved by research.

The Pumper 'Pack' Mentality

Pumpers love to work in packs. It provides the quintessential cover to achieve supposedly "independent" validation of an argument. It is neither independent nor validating.

Pack Structure: Pumper Packs can be comprised of any number of Pumpers. They can be purposely formed within an organization or they can be "ad hoc" formed during a conclave on a particular board. In fact a pack mentality can be achieved by an ambitious "party of one" with a few select aliases.

Once a pack is formed, a leader emerges. This leader is usually acknowledged by other Pumpers because of 1. Knowledge of the stock. or 2. Recognition by current board Shorts (high visibility). Once established the Leader will usually work the Pack members up in to a posting frenzy. Constantly changing themes and even occasionally biting the ear of another pack member (this earns instant credibility), and it doesn't offend the bitten Pumper because he/she knows it is all part of the effect. Quite sophisticated.
Packs will disband and slink away without notice. Usually this is the call of the Pack Leader who is adept at recognizing overplay. More often than not, Pack members must move on because they have other Pumping commitments to fulfill. They will return to the site of a good hunt over and over again, until hamstringing is achieved.

What calls a pack together. The Cry of the Leader. Certain Pumpers love to work together. They know each others bite, how to feign in and out, it is a well choreographed Pump when pack members have worked together before. They constantly check their "Sites Du Jour" for signs of Pack activity. Occasionally they will throw out a "Nibbler" Pump to see if the pack responds or if not they can work the site themselves. It's all about effectiveness, time and earning money.

If one is absolutely to be believed true then so is the other. The original was published several years ago and the Author is Unknown

There were a whole series published like Pump and Dump, Bash and Stash, Pump and Slam, etc. published on websites like themestream, netfirms and freestockpicks some of which are now dotbombs.

But nowhere was there a sequel
